CreateIfs 6-Month Social Media Campaign Management
​Overview 
Campaign Scope


We will manage a 6-month social media campaign consisting of one post per week (approximately 24 posts total). The goal of this campaign is to maintain consistent brand presence, increase engagement, and support your overall marketing objectives through strategic, well-timed content.

Platform & Scheduling
We can use Buffer or Hootsuite as our social media management platforms to ensure efficient scheduling, consistency, and performance tracking. Hootsuite allows us to:
  • Plan and schedule posts in advance (To be scheduled monthly or bi-monthly or 6 months in advance - NOT weekly or daily)
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence
  • Monitor engagement and audience interaction
  • Make timely adjustments based on performance insights

All posts will be scheduled ahead of time and published automatically on agreed-upon days and platforms. NOTE: The client will need to cover the expenses for either the Buffer or HootSuite platform. Here are the LINKS to Buffer's packages and Hootsuite packages. 

Our Process
  1. Content Planning
    • We create a 6-month content outline aligned with your brand voice, goals, and key themes (e.g., promotions, education, storytelling, or announcements).
    • Posts are planned to ensure variety and balance while supporting your broader business objectives.
  2. Post Creation
    • Each post includes thoughtfully written copy and accompanying visuals when applicable.
    • Content is tailored to the platform(s) being used and optimized for clarity, engagement, and brand consistency.
  3. Scheduling & Publishing
    • Posts are uploaded and scheduled through Hootsuite.
    • Scheduling ensures consistent posting without requiring weekly hands-on involvement from you.
  4. Monitoring & Adjustments
    • We monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, shares).
    • If necessary, we refine messaging or content direction to better resonate with your audience.

What we need from the client to create effective and on-brand posts, we’ll need the following:
1. Brand & Business Information
  • Brand voice guidelines (if available)
  • Target audience description
  • Primary goals for social media (e.g., awareness, leads, education, traffic)
2. Content Inputs (Provided as Needed). For each post, we may request:
  • Key message or topic (if you have something specific to promote)
  • Relevant dates, promotions, or announcements
  • Photos, videos, logos, or brand assets (or approval to use stock imagery)
  • Any required hashtags, links, or calls-to-action
3. Review & Approval
  • Timely feedback or approval within an agreed-upon review window
  • Confirmation of accuracy for any business-specific or time-sensitive information
